Direct ordering is not open yet.

These pages describe our store and intended direct-order process. Provider verification, final prices and stock must be completed before direct payments open. Purchases made through Meesho follow the terms shown on Meesho.

Who handles your information

This notice covers information used by 3R Collections through this website. Our current business disclosures and support details are on the Contact us page. Email sales@3rcollections.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

  • Enquiries: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, message and the product you ask about.
  • Checkout: contact and delivery information, selected products, quantities and order references when direct ordering is enabled.
  • Support: information you choose to provide about an issue, such as an order reference or product photo.

Do not include passwords, OTPs, full card details, UPI PINs or identity documents in a general store enquiry.

Browser storage and the current preview

Your bag and saved pieces are stored in this browser using localStorage. Delivery drafts are stored in sessionStorage in the same browser tab so you can edit your bag without retyping the address. Clearing browser data removes these saved details; changing browsers or devices may not carry them across.

The checkout preview does not submit an order merely because you enter an address or review your bag. If you submit an enquiry, it is sent to our server. When payments open, continuing to payment will send the information necessary to create and process the order.

Essential storage supports shopping and secure operation. This notice does not represent consent to advertising or unrelated marketing.

How we use information

We use necessary information to respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, investigate delivery/payment issues, prevent fraud and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, request details and error records to serve and protect the website. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a jewellery order.

Payment, shipping and service providers

The website is hosted using Cloudflare services. When enabled, Cashfree processes payments, and Shiprocket and the assigned courier receive necessary shipping details. These providers also handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Card credentials and UPI authentication are handled by the payment provider; we do not ask you to enter your UPI PIN in a store form. We keep the order/payment references and status needed to support the purchase.

Purchases on Meesho are processed on Meesho and are covered by its privacy notice. If you contact us by email or phone, the relevant communication providers also process that communication.

Retention, security and your requests

We retain order and support records only for the period needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal/accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised; a request may be subject to records we must lawfully retain.

We use access controls and secure connections, but no system can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe information is inaccurate, has been misused, or should be corrected or deleted. We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

For a formal grievance, use the grievance process on our Contact us page. The grievance contact is Vishal Rana, Proprietor.

Updates

We will update this page when our data use or services change and show the updated date. Where a new use requires an additional choice or consent under applicable law, a policy update alone will not replace that requirement.
